Grethel Cross Stitch Pattern  --Giulia chose my Gretal half doll for this lovely pincushion.  

This pattern uses 36 ct Maritime White hand dyed linen from Lakeside Linens for skirt: one 15 x 7 in (38 x 18 cm) piece for apron: a 8 x 4 in (20 x 10 cm) piece for purse: a 3 ½ x 3 ½ in (9 x 9 cm) piece Fabric areas include at least ½ in (1.2 cm) seam allowances.

Threads Used: twelve stranded overdyed Belle Soie silk threads by Crescent Colours: Terra Potta, Harvest, Herb Garden, Sagebrush, Peaches ‘n Cream. One skein each is needed to stitch the pincushion.
